Terms of Use for the Loyalty Platform “MEMBERS ONLY” for HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA
Definitions
“Platform”: refers to the loyalty platform of HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA “MEMBERS ONLY.”
“User”: any person who registers and participates in the loyalty program through the Platform.
“Benefits”: advantages, discounts, gifts, special services, and/or any other promotion offered to Users within the program.
Registration
To participate in the loyalty program, the User must register on the Platform, providing truthful, updated, and complete information.
By registering, the User agrees to receive communications related to the program and other commercial actions of HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA.
Access to Exclusive Benefits at HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA with the “MEMBERS ONLY” Platform
For each confirmed reservation and stay at HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA, the User will accumulate benefits according to the conditions established on the Platform, being able to change levels within the program based on the frequency of their reservations and stays.
The level within the Platform is not transferable and can only be used at HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA.
Application of Exclusive Benefits
The offers available on the Platform will be applied automatically to searches made by its members once they identify themselves in the booking engine of HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA prior to confirming their reservation.
Termination and Changes
HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program, its terms, or any Benefit at any time, with prior notice to Users.
In case of fraudulent, abusive, or violation of these conditions, HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA may terminate the User’s membership and/or withdraw their exclusive benefits.
Data Protection
All information provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA. (ENLACE A LA SECCIÓN)
The Hotel undertakes not to share or sell the User’s information to third parties without their explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or harm, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or Benefits.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these conditions or the loyalty program will be resolved by the competent courts of Es Pujols, Formentera.
By registering on the Loyalty Platform of HOTEL ROSALES FORMENTERA, the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the conditions mentioned above.
