Transfer Policy

The “Transfer Service” is an option you can opt for when completing the booking process on this “Website”.

The prices and features particular to the service are those which are outlined in the reference section in the “STEP 2 Selecting Extras” of the booking process.

The service may be: from Ibiza airport, and/or from the port of Ibiza, and/or from the Formentera Port, and/or from the hotel.

There are two types of “Transfer Services”:

Shuttle Service

This is a transfer you share with other people, carried out by a coach or minibus. The Shuttle Service solely operates between Ibiza Airport and/or Port and Formentera Port, and/or between Formentera Port and Hotel Rosales Formentera or vice versa, without making stops at specific addresses. In this specific case, passengers shall be dropped off and collected at a designated point near Hotel Rosales Formentera.

The minimum reservation is for 2 people.

When completing the booking in STEP 2, you shall be able to indicate the desired option.

You shall be informed via email of the meeting point in Ibiza Airport and/or Ibiza Port, and/or Formentera Port, and/or Hotel Rosales Formentera and the collection time. The waiting time at the meeting point may be up to 60 minutes.

You must submit an email to info@smturistic.com 48 hours in advance of your arrival with the following information:

– Time and date of departure and arrival of your flight and/or ferry

– Number of people

To cancel this service: send an email to info@smturistic.com 72 hours before your arrival. You will be charged 100% of the service for notice of less than 72 hours.

Private transfer

This is a private transfer only for the people that have booked it. The service operates between Ibiza Airport and/or Port and Formentera Port, and/or between the Formentera Port and Hotel Rosales Formentera or vice versa.

When completing the booking in STEP 2, you shall be able to indicate the desired option.

You shall be informed via email of the meeting point in Ibiza Airport and/or Ibiza Port, and/or Formentera Port, and/or Hotel Rosales Formentera and the collection time.
